Mert Seran, Corporate Chef at AZUR’s inventive kitchen, combines sea-fresh ingredients with traditional cooking methods. His menu is constantly evolving as he is inspired by his travels and the changing of seasons.
AZUR’s executive chef Rıdvan Külçek, has extensive experience working with Mert Şeran. He leads a passionate and motivated crew in the kitchen. The excellent menu he has prepared features a delectable selection of seafood, perfectly balanced with an elegant wine list from his extensive wine collection and completed with friendly service.
