AZUR brings unique interpretations to traditional recipes, as well as adding wholly new dimensions to familiar flavors, by preparing the fresh delicacies of the Bosphorus using a variety of traditional methods.

T-Bone made with American Prime Black Angus, renowned for its unique flavor profile and tenderness, is one of the delectable options that AZUR offers to meat lovers, in addition to the Beef Tenderloin and Beef Carpaccio made from the soft and tender meat of the Belgian Blue, known as the most muscular beef in the world and fed only on grass. One of the standout dishes on the menu is the Wagyu Beef Chops, which are made with the premium, 9+ graded beef from Australia.
